After an illustrious 20-year career as an advertising executive and a tenure as a top performer at major firms like COMPASS and KW Luxury, Moses recognized a critical gap in the industry. He saw that the large franchise model often prioritized recruitment and volume over the nuances of client care. In late 2025, he launched his own firm to close that gap, offering a higher standard of service designed for the speed of the modern economy.
